2026 STURT events

Each year Sturt Badminton Club organises several badminton events. These events are for current Sturt Badminton Club members ONLY (exclusions apply, refer to the entry form), and hence, to participate the member's registration fees must be paid for the current season. Former club members may wish to renew their membership so that they also can participate in these events.

Handicap Tournament - 15 March 2026

Limited places.
Handicap, all Doubles event.
Mix of all grades playing together.

Teams Tournament - TBD July 2026

A Doubles event.
Enter as an individual and you are placed in a team.

Paul Godden Championships - TBD October 2026

Singles, Doubles and Mixed events.
Graded - Open and Division 2.
For doubles/mixed enter with predecided partners.

Sturt Luncheon - TBD November 2026

Lunch, games, and Paul Godden Championships award presentations.
Limited places, dependent on venue.
Registration is required as the club subsidises meal costs.

Additional social events (such as bowling or sausage sizzles) might be organised during the year. At such point, this page will be updated with the relevant details.
